Rabi Moharana
FOUNDER CHAIRMAN AND MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Rabi Moharana is the Founder Chairman and Managing Director of Air Utkal, a distinguished public leader, entrepreneur, and recipient of the Panchayat Sashaktikaran Puraskar (PSP) 2014, conferred by the Ministry of Panchayati Raj, Government of India, in recognition of his contribution to strengthening local governance and rural development.
An acclaimed public figure, he has dedicated his career to public service, sustainable development and nation-building, with a vision to create transformative solutions in aviation, infrastructure, healthcare connectivity, tourism and renewable energy. He leads the Company's mission to establish a world-class integrated enterprise offering helicopter charter services, air ambulance operations, heliport and airport infrastructure, and the development of roads, bridges, buildings and other critical infrastructure projects.
Chhabi Moharana
DIRECTOR, INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT AND CIVIL CONSTRUCTION
An accomplished entrepreneur and civil infrastructure professional with over 25 years of experience in the planning, execution and management of government infrastructure projects across India. He has led the construction of residential buildings, roads, drainage systems and public utility structures, with a reputation for quality, integrity and timely delivery. With extensive expertise in government contracting, he has overseen projects from concept to completion in compliance with government specifications, engineering standards, safety regulations and environmental requirements. Under his leadership the company expanded beyond civil infrastructure into the aviation sector.
Diptirekha Pattnaik
A technology executive with extensive expertise in digital transformation, enterprise technology strategy, innovation and information systems management. Her experience spans technology planning, cloud computing, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, data analytics, enterprise architecture and business process automation. As CTO she leads the Company's digital transformation, establishing IT governance frameworks, strengthening cybersecurity, modernising enterprise applications and promoting innovation across all business functions, while engaging with the Board, government agencies, technology partners and investors.
DIRECTOR AND CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Krishnakant Maharana
A dynamic young Director representing a new generation of leadership driven by innovation, responsibility and a commitment to excellence. He contributes to the Company's strategic growth by promoting operational efficiency, technological advancement and customer-focused service delivery, and works closely with the leadership team to expand Air Utkal's presence in helicopter charter services, air ambulance operations, tourism aviation, heliport development and infrastructure projects.
